Can't speak for the other armies but VC you'll need another 30+ zombies, another 30+ skellies, another 10-30 ghouls and a vampire.

After that maybe 3 more crypt horrors?

Oh, I certainly vote with my dollar, but the problem is that that is not enough. The problem with the 'vote with your dollar' response is that it doesn't take into account why we're not buying the product. I want to enjoy 40k enough to buy back in. It was my introduction to traditional games, and there was a time when I enjoyed it very much. I want to buy 40k, but Gamesworkshop is doing their very best to push me away, and simply not buying their product won't tell them that.

For beast men you need another 40 to 60 Gors, twenty more Bestigors and at least 3 more Minotaurs. Also you may wish to invest in a few Chariots. And as for heroes you need a Wargor for BSB. In addition a Doombull/Gore bull may be a wise investment

Bring one of your armies up to 2500 points. What you need to do is build some lists to 2500 points then compare that to your model collection and go from there.

For Lizardmen you need a Slann Mage Priest. It's pretty much a requirement. To go along with that get about ten more Temple Guards to bring his bodyguard up to twenty. From there you'll want some Salamanders. After that it's really up to you if you want to go with some big heavy hitters like Stegadons or more troops.

Are you sure it's not 20 Skeletons? This looks suspiciously like the VC megaforce with 10 less Skeletons.

Anyway, basic advice.

Skeletons to 50 (3 or 4 more boxes, depending on if you actually meant 20 skeletons).
Ghouls to 25 (a good way to do this cheaper is 1 more box of Ghouls, and base up 5 of the tombstones from the zombie sprue as extra filler bodies).
Zombies to 60 (2 more boxes).

This gives you 500pts of Core, and a good lot of Zombies to raise, which you assuredly will. This gives you enough Core for 2000pts.

Next up, get yourself a Vampire. A level 4 blender Vampire lord and a level 2 Necromancer is pretty much the 'normal' hero choices for 2000pts. After that sprinkle in those additional units you have, which should bring you close to 2000pts. Though I'd very, very heavily suggest a unit of 20 Grave Guard (2 boxes) with Great Weapons, even if it means dropping something you already have from your 2000pts. Your army is lacking a hammer unit. Stick the Vampire Lord in the Grave Guard, and bunker the Necromancer with the Skeletons, and it'll be golden.
