these are my models what would be a good list to make out of these w/ minimal buying of new models <$120

I will be playing vs. mostly BA and nids but also tau, eldar, DE and CSM

Well, your weakness is CC...
So that said, the nids are gunna wreck your ish once they get to you. So you better pray they don't.

and advice on how to combat that,
oh and i also have a tomb spyder and 7 scarab swarms

At 1000 points, Anni Barges are your friend. Buy 1 more (some would say 2, but I think that is a bit unfriendly.)

Ok, with this, couple of things. The scarabs are there to eat vehicles, but also are VERY useful against most things if they have furious charge.

With Zandy, you can give them furious charge (amongst other things) AND also remove a USR from an opponent squad. Excellent force multiplier

Zandy has an orb, so you put him in the squad of 20, then screen that squad with the 10x Warriors and the scarabs.

the 5 man squad is you insurance - leave an objective next to the board edge for them to sit on.

The despair tek and Lightningtek are there for some CC deterrence, and the shroud may do some good vs Nids.

Key thing here is you are not mobile. While you have shooting, you aren't fast, so play like a gunline. Use Zandy's powers to the fullest.

You will have to deploy smart against all these opponents. When there are big CC threats, screen the big blob. When you are up against shooters, use Zandy to tank wounds of his 2+/3+. Do NOT let him get killed.

I attempted to minimize your purchases for you but since you don't have immortals, a 2nd AB would be recommended. The S7 TL shot of the destructor can help out a ton with anti-infantry and anything AV13 and lower (including flyers). I love playing with my destroyers; however, w/o a destroyer lord, they are expensive. The 36" range on HGCs are great and with preferred enemy they pretty much kill anything they point at but again, the points. With the destroyers out, I moved Anti-tank to the scarabs and the barge. Gauss can do some damage but not as much as one would think.

Troops, went with 3 squads, each outfitted with a Lord or Overlord to have their 2+ save tank for them. The Stormtek can be used to help squat on an objective or encounter a vehicle that gets a bit too close.

If I was to recommend a 2nd purchase it'd be to grab 10 tesla immortals and replace a squad of warriors with them.
