I know, proxying will condemn my soul to the eternal flames of Hell, nonetheless I eagerly want to field this piece in my Hordes games (as Circle ofcourse):



the question is, what to proxy with it? Obvious answer seems Reeve Hunter, but I already own the model, plus is one I like the most.

Any Circle or Minion usable by Circle would be OK. I would obviously like to keep weapon as close as possible (i.e. if the bow should stand for a crossbow (like as for Reeve Hunter) I'm ok with it, I'm less ok if the proxied model has a firearm, and no way I want to use it to proxy a melee weapons armed dude).

A League model would be fine, too, as I will be unable to use it in tourneys anyway.

The only archer types in the faction are the Reeves and Tharn Blood Pack.

Maybe Nuala, the character UA for the Tharn Bloodtrackers? It could also sub for one of the Nyss Hunters, a merc unit that works for Circle.

Edit: Eiryss works for Circle in one of Krueger 2's theme forces. So that is an option, too.

Thanks for reply. I was thinking on the Nyss Hunters, too, as I'm already proxy-ing them (simply because I don't have the will to assemble the real models, already drained by the bloodtrackers ^^), but a leader position should be nice for it, unfortunately it doesn't have boobs... =)

It's a stretch, but maybe Victor Pendrake with his lucky bow. This model could represent him going native and indulging in his research of the blackclad culture.

Yes, it's very different, but that's what I was thinking: after all I think dudes in WM could have a change in clothes now and there, or are they anime characters?

Wow, awesome piece. it also fits in the look of the army, maybe just the gun will need some converting...
