Hey guys his is my mech eldar list that I will be taking to a local tournament, I was wondering if you guys had any ways you could improve it.

Tsk, tsk, you have 5 points left. Spend it.
Firstly, I'm wondering who's manning the Quad Gun. It seems that you could benefit from a unit of Guardians + Warlock which can man the gun and sit on home objectives.
I'd also get the Spirit Stone on the Farseer. In all the games I've played, it's been very useful.
Other than that, it looks pretty good. Yay for Wave Serpents!

Fixed the 5 points and I am manning the Aegis gun with the Exarch in the Dire Avenger Squad and their Wave Serpant runs as a Gunship Automatically Appended Next Post: are Spirit Stones really worth it with Mastery Level 3 and is it worth trading your 4++?

The ADL and quad gun seem out of place. I am sure the quad gun is for fliers but you have no use for the ADL. Your units are all in waveserpents so you will have no one manning the quad gun and if the gun is that big of a threat to your opponent they will shoot it down.
Without that you have 100pts to work with.

The Aegis Line is there for me to have 3+ Cover saves on any vehicle behind it, that makes my serpents much more survivable and I can fire from their in the early game and move out from behind it when nasty threats have been taken care of.

It looks like you're relying entirely on the Wave Serpents to win you the battle. They won't. A Wave Serpent is not Kelly enough to justify a 210 price tag which is what yours are as the Contents will do nothing.
Also what is the Career doing for you he has practically nothing to buff, particularly if you don't roll Fortune.
I would swap the DA squads for Guardians dropping that ADL to pay the difference. You now have double the AI fire in blocks that can achieve something and that are worth boosting with the Farseer.
Wave Serpents are good but they don't do enough damage to win you a game and those paper thin squads will have to get out to claim or even contest objectives. This type of list just isn't viable in 6th. Make the rest of your army do something other than just opening up a chance to take a Wave Serpent.

From my experience, Wave Serpents ARE that good and can win games as they have won me all of my games in a recent tournament I took best overall in. Maybe take an Autarch on bike with mantle of laughing god and drop the ADL, flyers can be dealt with Scatter Laser/Serpent Shield spam.

Way too much is left to Wave Serpents. They may not have as much survivability, but I'd really drop two wave serpents for two Falcons w/ bright lance and holofields. You can even keep the Dire Avenger squads inside them if you like. Maybe add shuriken cannons, too, if you have the points.

Really, FALCONS? BTW, their survivability is exactly the same as Serpents, since Serpent Shield will ALWAYS be used offensively (except on the first turn if the enemy starts....). If you need Bright Lances, take a couple of War Walkers with dual lance, they are better than Falcons.
Speaking of the list, i think Serpents are maybe the best unit in the new codex, but they can't win alone. You need something for heavy vehicles, you need something for flyers (Serpents are decent AA, but heavy flyers like Heldrakes are still a problem), and you need some place to put your Farseer and allow him to cast.

Serpents did certainly get better. This might be the one mech army that is pretty competitive (even in 6th).
But I too do think, that the list is lacking in versitility.

Wave Serpents can certainly be TAC worthy as long as you outfit some with TL-Lances and some with the Scatter/Cannon/Shield combo. I don't see what people are doubting in that avenue.
The Farseer will work with a unit of Avengers on the gun, certainly.

Are Wave Serpents enough on their own at 210pts a pop? Well 190 gets you 20 Warp Spiders. With 20 wounds compared to 3 for the Serpent. Serpent will have a 3+ in turn 1 a 4+ each turn after that, Spiders a 3+ armour. Serpent can be killed by 1 shot but spiders can take multiple bits of damage from a template. Overall the Serpent is just about more survivable.
However in damage output it is a non-contest:
Serpent gets you 3.55 S6 hits and 3.55 S7 hits
Spiders get 13.33 S6 Monofilament hits. So against Vehicles that's S7 against infantry that's So rending. Either way you're looking over double the damage output. For less points.
Serpents are great but do not do enough damage.

Serpents and Warp Spiders are amazing, but for different reasons.
Serpents are very survivable delivery systems with strong shooting ability. They are nearly immune to Bolter fire as well, unlike Spiders. They can also carry scoring units.
Spiders are VERY mobile and great for denial and taking out targets with light rear/side armor.

Faenyin that was my point Wave Serpents are great delivery systems that pack decent firepower. But they don't warrant a pointless 65pt unit being carried that achieved nothing itself. They are probably now the best non-flyer transport in the game (running close with the Chimera). But they need to be carrying something that can do damage to be worth their points. Hence my suggestion to take 10 man Guardian squads instead of those rather pointless 5 man DA units.
