Recently lost an auction for a Chaos Predator Tank that I needed, but I do have a rhino transport that I don't need.
So I am considering making my own Predtor Turret and mount it on a transport and nurgle it all up.

But to make this work, I was wondering if someone could help with some semi-exact info of the dimensions.
Mainly, how big is the turret, where is the pivot point located on the turret, where are the barrels mounted and how long are the barrels.

To be honest, looking at some Predator images I am even doubting that the turrent can rotate.

All scales are prefered in the centimeter, millimeter scale. but I could do with inches and what not as well.

This will be my first custom work. So it will probably look like crap. But I will try to provide images anyway.

I've fully magnetized my predator and the turret can rotate quite nicely.

The scales are in cm and also the white lines are all divided in 1cm steps which should give you a good scale of the pieces. I also added a few measurements(as i had problems getting the reflextion away from the rulers) and the rough position of the pivot-points(or axis in the main gun case) in yellow. Hope that helps and if you need further info, just ask.

So did some early work on it.
This is what I got so far.



I am going to squeeze that upper body that can be used to have a character look out of on of the hatches, and do a merging flow between the tank color and the current nurgle color scheme I am going with.
Trying to make it look like he's melded/grown together with the turret.

Still having issues deciding how to make the barrels. Also, not the best picture. But the surfaces all got the chaotic flow I want.
