Had a small spark of inspiration to build a gas station or fuel station for a modern city. I was going to use it for duel purposes for MERCs and Infinity.
What is the main source of fuel for vehicles in the world of infinity?
I can't seem to find anything. Is it battery/electric powered? hybrid with another new fuel source? such as bio diesel algae or something similar to that?

There could be various fuel sources, depending on location. Here in the UK we have two types of petrol, diesel, LPG, and electricity charging points are being introduced.
We don't use bio-fuel but it could easily be added. Brazil has used bio-alcohol as an additive to their petrol for decades.

It's not specified.
They don't go into it that deeply because it's not important, vehicles for the most part not being part of the game.
That said, I don't see much in the way of exhaust/heatsink/coolant systems in TAGs and remotes, so I'm guessing they use the same high capacity handwavium batteries as most anime powered armour uses.

I think the likelihood is that Infinity vehicles are probably in some way electric, as that sounds sci-fi and believable - but perhaps powered by fuel cells, as these seem to be one of the more viable ways of storing large amounts of electrical energy.
Part of the reason I think this relates to the note chromedog makes about powered armour - P 132 of Human Sphere mentions that powered armour uses high capacity batteries and a "self-recharging generator". However, what that generator is not specified - however, it's probably not a four stroke; fuel cells reasonably meet the definition of a generator though and their combination of efficiency, capacity, output, noise output and portability is amongst the best of what we know.

Nice idea, I can imagine some kind of 'fuel cell recharge' point - I suppose you could make it a kind of half-way house between current, modern world stations but make the charging stations themselves look a bit different.
Would be interested in seeing what you come up with in any case!

Yes that could like quite cool, especially if you got a few future-style vehicles inside to increase LoS blocking.
I used some of these things from Antenocitis ( http://www.antenocitisworkshop.com/fuel-stations-x-4-gots028.html) as fuel-recharge points for a landing pad, not very good photo (and the landing pad doesn't have legs yet!) but just to show the idea:
