Hello.
I'm wanting to make a DA Librarian. The biggest problem I'm running into is shoulder pads that "fit", so to speak.
The closest I can find would probably be Grey Knights, but they aren't quite right. The Grey Knight torso back would
be good to represent a psychic hood.

To be clear, I like alot of the older one-piece GW metal ones, they just don't give you the ability to customize much more
than the left arm.

I appreciate any input!

You could always grab the dark vengeance librarian and cut off the parts you want/need.

They'll be both dark angel ish and librarian ish.

True. I've got one in bound to probably build as stock though.
Being "snap-together" makes it hard to change too drastically, for me anyway.
I was just mainly wondering if anyone out there knew of any 3rd party bits makers or knew of something I might have missed.

Don't know what style of shoulderpad you are looking for but maybe use the shoulder pad that comes with the chaos vehicle upgrade sprue? It has a skull symbol on it that is nearly identical with the skull icon of the librarians.

Also what about 3rd party bits? They are a good way if you want something special and different from regular pads.

Something as close to the Librarian shoulder pad as I can find.
The Ram's skull is the best way I can describe it. It can have a book too, depending on the sculpt.

I'd love to know where the shoulder pad came from in this pic. Can't find it on Chapter House's site?

I was afraid of that, but the model's name doesn't jump out at me?

GW sells it in finecast as "Space Marine Librarian with Force Sword & Bolt Pistol"
