Previously I used my airbrush and the fumes were very minimal even when using thinners, today I used it after a few days break and the fumes came out chokingly thick. No idea what changed to make that happen, any suggestion on what's happening and how to fix it?

You shouldn't really get any "fumes" when using an airbrush... What are you spraying through it?
