two questions:

1. does the land raider crusader/redeemer kit also come with all the standard land raider weapons (TL lascannon sponsons, TLHB turret)?
2. if not, is the best way to get all the parts for all three land raider variants to get the standard kit and then the crusader/redeemer upgrade sprue? is there a more cost efficient way of doing that?

1) No the crusader/redemer kit only comes with the weapons for either the crusader or redemer. The standard landraider only comes with lascannons.

2) That would appear to be the case. You will need lots of magnets however.

Razorback turret fits the front of the landraider, so if you already have a TL HB turret that's a start for the standard kit. As for the TL LC not so sure where to get them.

Standard kit + redeemer sprue will give you the options to do all three versions.
