Would skullcrushers that have the banner of rage (woc) have 2 extra attacks as they have frenzy and the banner gives them frenzy as well.

only the slannesh spell that says it allows stacking. That's the oly exception I know of.

It only "stacks" when it is specifically said than it gives more than +1A, like the SkavenBrew or the Death Frenzy Spell

What about the +1 Extra Attack that Frenzy provides.?
FAQ Page 69 – Special Rules, Extra Attack.
Add “Unlike most special rules, the effects of multiple Extra
Attack special rules are cumulative.”

The "Extra Attack" rule stacks, but Frenzy is a totally separate rule with different effects, one of which happens to be the "extra attack" rule. frenzy as a rule still doesnt stack, so you still only count the Extra Attack (as a result of frenzy) once

Page 66 – Special Rules, What Special Rules Does It Have.
Change “[...]the effects of multiple special rules[...]” to
“[...]the effects of different special rules[...]”Add “However,
unless otherwise stated, a model gains no additional benefit
from having the same special rule multiple times.” to the end of
the first paragraph.
OK.. I see it now...!!
I love Warhammer 8 but the editing of this book is atrocious.. Nearly 4 pages of Errata is not acceptable...
I hope they do a better job with 9th....

The banner of rage doesn't give a unit frenzy.

Please put this on your sig if you know someone, work for someone or are related to someone who suffers from stupidity. Stupidity is real and should be taken seriously. You could be sitting next to a sufferer right now. There is still no known cure for stupidity and sympathy does not help. The banner of rage stops units losing frenzy if defeated, it can only be taken by units with mark of khorne, which are already frenzied.
