Are you allowed to use terrify the turn the Hemlock comes in?

In the faq it says blessings are manifested at the same time as reserve rolls and that the player decides the order, is this the same with maledictions?

Nope, you cant use powers/abilites that must be used start of turn on units coming on from reserve. The FAQ does not change this.

This is like the fourth or fifth time this question has been asked in less then half as many weeks. It might even be the most asked question I have seen, in some form or another, in the last few moths. Hell, the last time it was brought is up is still on the front page, no more then a dozen or so threads below this one! I am too tired to even bother cutting and pasting the answers within, so I am just going to post the link and you can read over it there.
