I'd imagine that those chapters wouldn't really have access to regular supply lines, so would it be conceivable that a renegade chapter would augment their armories with modified Guard equipment? Like, let's say Renegade Chapter X is running low on equipment and they've just lost one of their last functioning Predator tanks. However, they managed to get their hands on a Leman Russ. Would it be plausible that they'd use that Leman Russ themselves to replace the lost tank?
