I was wondering if I could get any tips for a DW army.

HWs: AC of HF for Deepstriking, CML for footslogging. Plasma cannons to taste, for footsloggers again if you wanted them.
TH/SS: 1 per 5 bare minimum, 2 if there's points.
5man/10man: 5 man foot sloggers, MSU is good with them. 10 man for a deepstrike w/ Belial. Not sure if legal or not, but try to cut out a template on their deepstriked footprint so you can place them accurately. Generally you might only 1 10 man squad.
CFs: have them or leave them. Generally you'll want to spend your points on more TH/SSs.
Sargeants: Cannot take upgrades. You're stuck with the SB/Sword.
Termi-Librarian: Good with a Displacer field although expensive.
Standards: Devastation isn't useful for Termis. FNP is expensive, costs about as much as 2 termi's. I've forgotten about the other ones so I assume they ain't good.
DWCS: Champion is meh. Apothecary isn't generally worth it, might as well pay up for the banner.

This is a very simple 1000 point list for an army.
Belial
Librarian- Digital weapns

3x Deathwing Squads
-Assault Cannon
-Chainfist

I plan for a lot of deep striking and the chainfist because I lack and anti armour. Tell me what you think

Unless you're also planning for the Librarian & 1 squad to foot slog it won't be able to be played as I think you want it too.
But essentially it's 3 eBay kits & belial w/ Libby. It'll work for fun, but then deathwing is just about fun. If you face new tau or Eldar you're going to lose horribly. Anything else fast is usually going to wreck your day too, but that's pure terminators for you.

The list is a good starting off point for higher point levels. You may find your self having too many assault cannons and chainfists later on, be willing to invest in Assault kits and snipping off the "chain" component from the chain fists and glueing on CML substitutes.

I ordered the deathwing sets today and I'm going to a gw store to get belial soon. Thanks for the advice, and I may switch the chain fist for TH/SS if I'm going up against no armour.
