Ok, so this is a project I have been working on for quite some time because it is extremely fiddly.
Basically I have packed an eldar fire prism with lots of colourful LEDs and even some colour shifting LEDs for the prism cannon. Take a look at the vid clip and let me know what you think ;-)

I'm normally not to impressed by led models since they usually are poorly done but i do enjoy seeing tanks lit up inside or directed lamps in place of the spot lights etc. This IS AWESOME though really well done looks in place and the effect isn't ruining the model, great job, do you have any others?

Thanks for the comments the YouTube link is http://youtu.be/LoxhW2z8H_A
I didn't realise that people had issues with direct upload.
This is the only model I have ever decided to light up but I figured, hey it's called a fire prism and GW are supplying it with a transparent prism section now, that's crying out to be lit up like a Christmas tree ;-)

That's pretty cool. Does it ever get distracting for your opponent in games?

The rules of the Showcase ask for at last one actual picture to be posted in the thread.
Moving this one to general p&m.

Seriously cool, if slightly unnecessary. Though that may just be jealousy.

Fuzzylogic, would love a tutorial on how you did that.
Like most posters here, I find LEDs to normally be poorly executed - that, however, is well done.
Great work.

It's a great job, the only thing that slightly irritates me is the underlight LED, just seems a little odd with the different colours and being broken up into 3 lights per side instead of being one.
Otherwise, excellent, and I really like it, I wish I were as talented as some of you folk on here!
