Looks great! My only criticism is that the base is a tad too square. A more natural looking base would really complete the look.

I was gonna say the exakt same thing. The piece is fantastic, but perfectly square bases was the first thing my group learned to shy away from. It sort of pulls the scenery away from the table in the way that it never quite blends into the table well enough but always looks like a secular unit of its own.
One thing you can do to make a perfectly square base like this still look good is make it look like paving stone, and nick the corners a bit. If it looks like paving, it doesn't matter that it contrasts with the table and is lifted a little bit up. It's a good way of making the contrast natural, making it look like it's supposed to have a sort of frame.

Love it all! The rubble strewn around really makes it and the ground floor is very well done!
I have to disagree, slightly, with the comments about the square base. It would benefit from a bit more of a border to help the transition.
For a cityscape battlefield it would be just right. I haven't seen many people that do it that way and was uncertain if I should do my buildings like that but you've convinced me to go the square base.
Excellent work.

Nice scenery, don't see enough terrain in the showcase.

Agreed on the lack of terrain showing off here! This is nice stuff, looks like it's going to be one heck of a table!

Thanks for the feedback everyone. This is my first piece of painted terrain so all input is good. The table will be city fight-ish, so I'm going to continue basing similarly.
