Agreed. It looks thick and gunky. How do I apply this to a model and not make it look like it's webbing over it? I want a thin, slimy layer that I normally just make with several layers of washes, letting each layer dry first.

You can make it as thick or thin as you want personally and you pop it on the model with a brush
