Being used to 1850 points tournaments I find it quite hard to adapt to 1500 points.
So after many attempts, lots of paper sheets and depletion of a few pens, I came to this list.

What do you think?

I'd find some points to equip some henchmen with plasma guns so coteaz has something to give rerolls to. 97pts for 3 plasma guns in a chimera is pretty decent!

I thought chimeras came stock with a search light?

In the GK Codex nothing is born with searclights. It is an upgrade. In the IG codex though, the search light is stock though.
I agree that the Plasma guns are tempting, however i find it very difficult to find the nesce4sary point without giving up on something i really like in the list. Having played IG with plasma vets, I also know that guardsmen/Accolytes tend to fry themselfes quite often when it gets hot.

That's why they're a good combo with coteaz who's re-rolls from divination can help prevent gets hot rolls, which is nice I've found it to be a great unit for holding the line, consistently putting wounds on monstrous creatures, vehicles and marines. If coteaz gets the 're-rolling saves' or 'ignores cover' powers then it's even nastier! If you drop the other squad down to just plain bolters you can afford the 3 plasmas. In my opinion, coteaz is just too useful a psyker not to use his prescience power.

TBH if I had necrons as my main detachment, I'd probably drop the stormraven for another scythe... They just seem like better value for what you get. That way you could get another scoring unit plus the points to get your henchmen warbands some real guns! Stormravens are fun to use though...

Tbh, I think you need to really ask yourself what you are looking for in your allies. what weakness in the Necron list are you trying to shore up?

I've seen GK allies used for anti psyker, but not really to bring a stormraven.

Sorry, I know that probably isn't helpful, but you are really handicapping yourself here. With the exception of anti psyker from the Dread, there isn't anything in your ally list you couldn't do better from the Cron codex.

I could easily field 4 fully painted nighscythes, but there are a few things that i appreciate a lot from GK in this list.

Corteaz improves my chances of seizing and keeping my first turn. can take devination. He is good value for money if you need a psyker.

The storm raven is Anti psykers. The mindstrike missiles that gives auto-perrils of the warp are quite annoying and dangerous to ennemy psykers.

The psyfledread brings som range that i feel necron can be missing.

GK brings a couple of search lights to the game, which also helps the necrons.

I agree Coteaz is great - He is my HQ of choice. Being able to take henchmen as troops is really handy for freeing up points for other slots.
