I’M TAKING YOU WITH ME!!! (Extra Rule): you may ‘shot’ the weapon in close combat instead of making an ordinary attack or he is reduced to his last wound, this attack is targeted a Demolition Man and will NOT scatter or Get Hot, after the shot is resolved remove Demolition Man for Play, Note: this can not be used if he already used his Demolition Charge, and he does not have to use it
Designers note: yes this is VERY powerful but its one shot and he can kill himself, i thought the I’M TAKING YOU WITH ME!!! rule really suited the Suicide Squad

I'm assuming the top two are HQs, but do they really need eternal warrior?

I make bad decisions and think they are good.

Colonel Schaeffer is meant to be the leader of the suicide squad so would be tough, and Hero is some one who just refuses to die

And they are not HQs there just part of the Suicide Squad (although Schaeffer is the Leader)

I think he's asking because you are proposing rules that, at the moment, don't work with the force org, and you don't say 'ignoring force org, select from...'.

I think he's trying to help you out with your proposed rule writing. No need to snark at him for it. You also have no points or anything, so no way to tell if a Chimera with a whole bunch of AP2 weapons is reasonable or not...it would be a hard thing to explain away though.

there are no points it says at the top "Last Chances can fight ANY sized army" which means any points (sorry if I was unclear)

P.S. it ignores all force orginasation

I think it would be helpful if you would do some play testing and figure out exactly where the last chancers are most balanced.

For isntance they may totally obliterate something like a 500 point army, and at the same tiem the last chancers might be totally obliterated by a 2000 point army.

I'm nearly certain that there is some sweet spot, and it would be nice to know what that is because balanced and fair games are generally preferred

So they can take all units they want, or a specific combo?

I agree. Saying

I liked the old rules so I made 6th Ed Rules

Then not giving any rules for them to play apart from a hand-wavey 'play anyone anytime anyway' seems a bit weak. You could make a scaleable objectives system, so against a 500pt list they need to complete 4 of them, and against a 2000 pt list they only need to complete 1, or something, sort out where they are too powerful and where they can't even complete one objective, and you'll get a better response to your rules.

Funny I just did something really similar, different in details but similar in goal.

Looking through it one problem I see is a lot of custom rules and wargear, generally I think generic rules are going to fly better. Also the changes should be more consistant, ie Warrior Woman's Las gun works differently than Hero's lasgun. Maybe they'd both be better off with a master crafted Hot-Shot lasgun or something.

So I can field 6000 points of Necrons vs. the Chancers?
