My brother runs a similar Chaos list at 1000 pts. Less zombies but more plague marines. He tends to do pretty well. Plenty of zombies for holding objectives, or rolling with Typhus to capture the Relic. One problem my brother has is having to rely on his Obliterators for all the long-range heavy lifting. Furthermore, he has trouble being outmaneuvered. Against a shooty army, he finds the zombies to be quite durable sitting on an objective. But once they are threatened up close, the zombies need a bit of babysitting which can be problematic, making it easy to contest the objectives they hold - if you can spend a round or two whittling them down.

It's a fun list regardless!

As mentioned, fun but has exploitable weaknesses. I've run something similar while trying to learn my play style, and found that being unable to take out flyers basically at all, and not being able to push as hard as I'd like to contest enemy objectives can be problematic.
Also, since you haven't got a rhino, I'd recommend finding a way to swap the meltaguns on the PM to plasma (req. 10pts). Cutting one zombie from each swarm should work nicely. It'll help bump your lack of a ranged threat, since your plagues will be hard-pressed to get into melta range sans wheels, and plasma (especially once you get close enough to rapid-fire) can still take down light vehicles. Plus between plasma and poisoned CCWs you can handle MCs reasonably well.
And if you don't have Typhus with your group of Oblits, consider dropping them to individual units so you don't have to worry about morale (since Mr. T is the only way you'll be making them fearless) or them getting wiped in one unlucky volley.

And don't forget to use Mr. T's powers! Nurgle list isn't bad at all, and can do wonderfully icky things in the name of grandpapa Nurgle!

played a game yesterday with this list, did remarkably well!

zombies "George Romero'd" a ton of peeps, did some serious work. plague marines popped a tank or 2, and Mr. T. and the Oblits(obvi ran together) wiped an entire unit of Grey knights with termie librarian from the face of existence.

rolled really well with my zombies so im attributing it to that, but it was a seriously fun list to run!

would definitely love a helldrake and more plague marines in the list!
