Here is a 40k gaming table I have been working on. It is still not finished but it will be soon. I just need to add all the tree stuff and plants to go to it. (tons of crap from the dollar store)

Wow...that is exceptionally good, the colours look very gritty and realistic too, even though its an alien world. I wouldn't like to put my hand near some of those sections...it genuinely looks like something would sting me!

Love it - great combination of places to put models, appropriate looking terrain and a few hidden cool features.

My only comment is that it looks like the edges of each board section seem to be quite bare, leaving long fire corridors crossing the board.

A very nice overall effect Wish I had the space to attempt something similar. I have just shared this thread with a friend for inspiration, he is about to make himself a jungle board.

This is absolutely amazing. One of the best tables I have seen.

One thing, I would try to matte all the boards out into a common colour in the middle. I realise it even more makes it look like fire corridors, but I think the only problem with the table is what you can see in the last picture where all the pieces fit together. You've got gree lush abrubtly becoming brown. If they all had the same edge colour (like mucky brown) then they would come against eachother more naturally, and the fire corridors might just look like a path that some kind of animal has taken more than once.

Wow I must say that looks to be one of the most fun looking tables to play on. Everything is just amazing.

Man I feel sorry for any guardsmen having to fight nids on that board, home-field advantage if ever there was one! I especially like the tentacle pit things, fancy.
