A good friend of mine started playing Circle, and she needs anti infantry options
I tried helping her play with her 2 player starter, and her opponent was essentially just spamming infantry, and the low number of attacks in the starter was literally doing nothing to clear out the riff raff
What are good anti infantry for Circle

Circle have plenty options that utterly shred infantry.
Most obviously, we've got pKrueger, with chain lightning, and that diabolical feat of his.
Other options include one of our staple units - tharn bloodtrackers, with their UA Nuala. basically, with prey, they're effectively MAT and RAT8, with ranged weapon master spears and they're no slouches in melee either. Nuala gives them reform and quick work (so after you kill something in melee, you can chuck your spear at something else).
Third option is another staple - a warpwolf stalker, warping berzerk. build a combo with a gorax - ie cast primal on him and he'll wade into infantry with mat8 and berzerk, which will shred squads. It gets even worse if you team him up with Kromac, and he gets to abuse Wild Aggression, where your primaled stalker can get into melee, shred everything, then move 3" (Wild aggression) and comtinue the carnage. Only thing worse than one stalker warping berzerk is two stalkers warping berzerk.
There are other options too. Cassius spamming hellmouth will shred infantry, and tharn ravagers (a marmite unit) are no slouches at shredding infantry, but they need a lot of support to pull it off right. then youve got circle's mercenaries - nyss hunters and boomhowlers which are great at killing stuff, and tarpitting stuff respectively. Beyond that, youve got wolves of orboros. 6points for a unit of 10. cheap and effective.

Everything in the faction?
Seriously Circle just kind of shreds dues. Especially the kind of middling DEF/ARM single-wounders most factions without Iron Flesh (read: Khador) run.
That said the battle engine is a particuarly cool-looking model that just kind of scoops models off the table.
Warpwolf Stalker is a multi-use piece that can handle armor and infantry. A Warpwolf stalker with Kromac is a hilarious efficient tool . Wild Agression + Warpath means it kills gak dead, and sprint means it does it safely. It's got crazy long threat and is just generally nasty. Seriously It can go in, shred everything sprint out into stones and teleport out of their counter-attack range. It's all kinds of good.
When I first got my circle list and my buddies didn't quite know how much respect they needed to give it, one of them saw I had no AoEs and blobbed a huge potion of his army up for a big push into the scenario, bad move. He was tabled by the top of 3. He had killed 1 swamp gobber grunt.

pKrueger kills infantry like there's no tomorrow, with his Chain Lightning. Add a Woldwarden for multiple Chain Lightnings per turn, and maybe throw in a Feral Warpwolf - give him lightning tendrils and he's MAT7 with Reach and a potential 7 attacks at SPD8(warping for Speed).
The Circle Starter Box is... not ideal. It's much like the Khador battlebox, in that several of the options you end up shelving once you have a bigger collection.

Was going to say something along the lines of "I can understand why, with that sculpt he looks like he should be walking out of a little kid's closet shouting "ooga-booga-booga".
Then I realized they changed it. Much for the better I might add.

Warpwolf Stalker is a great choice with her. It paired with Shifting Stones gets some good yo-yo going, and Pack Hunters helps it hit most anything that matters that you want to shred.
Circle solos tend to also have a variety of good anti-infantry tech. This is mostly in the Lord of the Feast and the Blackclad Wayfarer. The first has a very accurate thresher-like attack and ability to buy more when it gets into the fray. The Blackclad's spray is very solid and helps synergize with Kaya too.
For the starter, just grabbing the Skinwalker Alpha (if it is half of the two-player box) will add a pile of attacks to that unit. WOrht looking there.
As noted, Bloodtrackers are also good for volume of attacks and ability to do a lot of hurt. These are my own personal bets for a new player.
And stuff.

That's the Lord of the Feast. He's a pretty solid option. He is a bit harder to fit into lists as things get more full, but he does fairly well most of the times. That said, I have had a few instances where his Raven outright flubs it or one dice roll goes bad and he's dead in the water. He's one of the most prone to bad dice models in the Faction I think.
And stuff.

Generally this is how it goes:
Shoot the bird at a target near a cluster of infantry.
Teleport in.
Kill Everything typically (4-6 pts of stuff)
He gets revenged killed as their first activation next turn.
Note: He's a 4pt model.
He removes stuff, and there isn't much your opponent can really do about it. You get one really powerful activation out of him, and it results in a good trade. However if you're the type who hates seeing their character models die really early in the game not for you.
Can be frustrating when you whiff on the bird attack and get nothing. Rare if you're picking your targets rigth.

It gets really nasty if you don't shoot the bird first. Walk into a crowd, start cutting them down, then from there launching the bird at someone and using the soul tokens you just got to kill another wad of people.
