They come with bolt guns, a flamer, a missile launcher, a multi melta, plasma gun, and then a chainsword and bolt pistol for the sergeant.

I may have missed something not sure.

One person has said meltagun and one person has said multi-melta. Which one is correct?

Its a melta gun. Your far better off getting your tac sqauds from starter sets much cheaper and you are really not missing out on much. (4 starter set tac sqauds +one dev sqaud is still less then 4 regular tac sqauds).

It contains 3 bolt pistols, two attached to arms, two chainswords, many bolt guns, a flamer, plasma gun and melta gun and a missile launcher. There are no power weapons or plasma pistols in the box. There's also two hands throwing grenades, an auspex and a couple of scopes for jazzing up your squad, along with parts to make 2 full suits of Mk.VI armour.

You're correct on the power weapons, but there are two plasma pistol arms in there.

And there is no mk 6 breastplate. There's a mk5, which many people use with the beakie helmet, though.

There's really two plasma pistols in the box? Why do I have no recollection of this? And the plain chest with the skull is MK.VI, and the MK.V chest was also used on MK.VI.

I stand corrected, there are two plasma pistols, my bad.

has some pictures of the sprues. I've not bought a new tac squad in a long time, so trust that what they show is accurate. They don't have every sprue on their site, but it's a good resource to check if you are looking for details.
