I have some semi competitive events coming up and could use some feedback on this...
Lord with orb hangs out with the 20 warriors, between the two ghost arks. Destruct Teks start in the ghost arks with warrior units for additional fire. Despair Teks fly out with Deathmarks. Eternity with the overlord and his large unit of warriors.

HQ
Overlord; ws, sw, ps, mss, rez orb

Royal Court
2x Despair
2x Destruction
Eternity; Chronometron

ELITE
5 Deathmarks; Nightscythe
5 Deathmarks; Nightscythe

TROOPS
10x Immortals; Nightscythe
9x Warriors; Ghost Ark
9x Warriors; Ghost Ark
20x Warriors

HEAVY
Annihilation Barge; TL Tesla Destructor, Gauss Cannon

Edit:
Thanks for the advice! Yes, this is essentially a gunline.
I swapped things around just a bit; the Overlord is now serving as the rez orb anchor in the 20x warrior unit. The chronometron equipped harbinger of eternity lets that unit avoid catastrophe based on a single dice roll, such as failing a random morale check, or not making his repair protocols.
I think this is going to be pretty strong overall, but I have traditionally had trouble with flying circus Tyranids just because of how ridiculously easy it is for them to take out the nightscythes. Prevalence of Iron Arm does not help.

Are you essentially playing a gunline here, with the deathmarks to take out specific targets? Will you play agressively with the CCB?

Generally it looks good.

Couple of suggestions/tweaks:

a) Overlord - You don't really need SW because you effectively get that from the barge. With the barge, depending on how aggressively you plan to play it - maybe consider ditching the barge and putting the OLord in the scythe with the immortals. If you ditch the barge, ditch the normal lord and get another olord with orb, SoL and SW for the blob.

b) For the warriors in the Arks, you could reduce to 5, freeing up some points (maybe for a pulsetek?)
