An eBay seller who just happens to be regularly checking on this thread (incidentally we know Matt Bonder is doing so as well) and pounces upon the opportunity to deny the connection but then spends most of the day procrastinating over giving up something as simple as a blurry photo of themselves just to assure us they are a woman if nothing else.

Now we know someone called Susan is involved in this and has put their name to the eBay accounts and some ordering of stuff, but something about the stack of coincidences that have to be dismissed to maintain that they are entirely unacquainted with Matt Bonder, and are in fact just a 57 year old woman running a FW bits selling operation seems... well it stretches my incredulity anyway.

My suspicion is that Matt Bonder is running a little eBay business with the help and details of a willing friend/relative because his own name is so badly tarnished. It's only small fry and he hasn't used it to rip anyone off yet that we can see, but again it is proof that he hopes to use MWC as a means to encourage a bit of business to go his way.

Yes but hopefully I can have a talk cop to cop, I imagine your average postal cop would be quite dismissive of a few missing "toys".
Also with as many emails as Matt has thrown around it should be relatively easy to just drop a completed case in their lap. (Basically instead of going to the cops and going "Hey I hear there's a guying stealing bikes down the block on ocassion." I want to go to them and say "Here is video tape of the guy stealing bikes, and his address, and multiple witness statements each of which painstakingly list facts that make up the elements for case of larceny".)

PS Susan your not that bad looking of a lady, I would ask you out on a date. Shes refueses to have per picture taken at all. I've taken a few on my camera but shes deleted them when I'm not around.

From what alarmingrick posted, Mr Bonder was laughing pretty hard at all of this. I dont find it funny one bit. Thank you for at least having enough common sense to be polite instead of most of the other people here (people id rather die from starvation before selling them any model parts) . I was also just thinking about RiTides question on why the link to my store was removed. My best guess, based on how you guys say he reads this and then how Rick posted about Mr Bonder laughing about this, he deleted it himself after seeing it was posted. You all say he tries to hide stuff he sells. Maybe he posted there to get those link points and didn't want anyone here to think he posted it to sell stuff. That's my best guess. Until someone gives me his contact info, I cant even ask.

Anyone who doesn't want to believe me, that's fine. I did what I had promised and provided all the proof I was asked for. And I did it a day early as RiTides told me to fax just my id tomorrow. Instead i've posted every single thing and then some. My feedback on ebay speaks for itself as well.

You have to understand that RSO has used so many misleading tactics in the past that it is very, very difficult to not be paranoid. At best he has stolen from many in the community, at worst he lies about dead family members, creates alias's and repeatedly sets up new businesses and accounts all the while laughing and daring people to do something about it. The point is, after the community has been repeatedly bit so many times by this individual, it would almost be stupid not to be paranoid...

If you are getting caught in the crossfire, please try to forgive the slights and frustration, and understand that it is a by-product of the minefield of discussion this guy has created. One we are caught in as much as you.

To those questioning Lord.Serps identity, do us all a favor and do so as respectfully as you can, and don't harrass and repeat your points. It's not doing anyone any favors to behave in a way that adds fuel to any 'witchhunt' comments. Stay calm, stay polite. Whether you believe it or not this time, someone truly innocent could walk in here and get nuked off the face of the earth at the slightest hint of suspicion. That's not right.

Most of us in here are coming on and reading because we give a gak about the community and want to make sure that no one gets caught up in this kind of scam again. Lucky, unless I missed many things, no one explicitly said you were Matt/RSO. Instead, they were saying that it sucks that the bloggers/writers for MWC are working with a known scammer. In fact I, myself, posted a picture of your Razorwings, and said that there was some legit skill.

Also, Lord.Serpius, didn't you say you took those pictures at your son's work?

The problem with this, is that every other time this has been done it's been to hide his connection to something.

Let's try to get back to the OP, and perhaps let this line of discussion die for now. We're all aware of it at this point and will certainly keep an eye on the name Susan and those ebay accounts. The whole point of this thread was to make people aware, and now that that's out there, let's try to get back on track.

I know I led the thread this way in my "interrogation" but that was the only means I had via email of pinning Matt down in a lie. I think it succeeded here. But things have gotten out of hand now, so let's all take a step back and only post things that will move the discussion forward in this thread with its' purpose: exposing how Matthew Bonder is using Miniature Wargame Conversions, or possibly other avenues as discussed in the last few pages about these ebay accounts, to continue to sell and build credibility, and possibly rip people off in the future.

Luna, your post covers things you have already said many times and does not serve to advance this discussion further, it only serves at venting your frustration that you weren't listened to. That would be OK in a sense- the information is here for people to see. But it would be helpful to be able to have it stay open, if perhaps everyone step back and not pursue the line of discussion for the last few pages, simply because Matt is still out there and selling his services- whether or not people believe what seems to show his connection to these ebay accounts.

So, let's see if we can get back on-topic and away from the witch hunt... the evidence is there and people can make up their minds about it now.

After the past few pages of content it has become rather clear to anyone with half a brain that the only reason for this thread to continue is to attempt to make any connection, no matter how slight, to Mathew Bonder and something else.

The connection between Bonder and Beasley is tremulous at best. Just because Bonder posted it on his Reddit does not mean anything malicious is going on. Maybe he was just saying "Hey. You can get FW bits." To assume that an individual is another based off of a link and your uneducated opinion of typing similarities is absolutely insane. For a MOD to make these accusations is even more insane. I thought MODs made sure this type of thing did not happen. Not instigate them. I do not care what the history is or how upset someone is. This is completely unacceptable. If this Beasley lady is, in fact, innocent then RiTides is now single-handedly responsible for a potential loss in business because he has used his status here to influence those who read this thread to believe what he does. Proof or not.

I myself do not have a house phone. I have one cell phone that I share with my wife. I am able to get online at work, but not call as there is not a phone at my location. I know that certain states place a photo reflective coating on the front of DL that prevent pictures being taken of them. Alot of the people here never bothered to consider that the reasons for Beasley to be delayed/impaired might actually be legit. Just lynch her now just in case.

I fully believe that Mathew Bonder is a thief, liar, and generally crooked SOB who deserves to be in jail rotting with a cell mate named Bubba who has a special connection to parts of Bonders anatomy. I hope that he is brought to justice and that all those he swindled are able to recover. This thread is no longer helping that become a reality. As many have pointed out, it is now just a lynch mob. History has shown that lynch mobs, like many other mobs, are mindless and generally do more harm than good. For this reason, this thread should be locked. Until there is actual proof, not RiTides opinion, all of the posts that contain any info regarding Beasley should be removed as having them here does no one any good.

I think a cool down period should be had by all. As I've said before I've not been scammed by Matt but I have been scammed before and it fething sucks hardcore. People ger really emotional around this kind of subject and do and say things they normall wouldn't otherwise.

I believe I already wrote as much a short time ago guys, but yes, I don't like seeing the good intentions of this thread turn ugly. Please remember that if you believe RSO has used alias' in the past, and you have had to deal with him under an alias, it will be very difficult not to be paranoid.

In any case, these guys are right, everyone cool off, regroup, stay on topic. Whether Susan is an alias or not, it will not solve the problem of Matt Bonder to 'get her'. And if there is the slightest chance that she is who she says she is, then we are making ourselves look horrible. We have the right to be angry about what is going on, just don't forget your dignity on the altar of justification.

Susan, if I may suggest, you should probably steer clear of the thread for the time being, and if there is something you can think of that is iron clad and beyond doubt that you can send Ritides to settle this, then I would. Not because you have any obligation to, but just as an act of good-will.

I think it is important to note that, while the fact that Matt posted the link to Susan's store on Reddit doesn't mean anything on it's own, the fact that the link mysteriously was deleted as soon as this topic came up says a whole lot.

Read any of RiTides' posts here. He has made it clear that he has no clear evidence of the connection between Matt and Susan, but that there are many similarities and links visible between the two. He also started this entire thread out saying that this was being posted in an attempt to help other people from doing business with a known scammer. I don't see anything insane about that, and I'm happy that the MODs here take an interest in looking out for the community.

While there is no damning evidence regarding Susan Beasley, the circumstantial evidence is stacked pretty high. The many inconsistencies in her story alone should be enough to want to warn others about her potential connection to Matt.

Mine doesn't have a forward facing camera, so no Facetime. I'm not sure if they've released on with a forward facing camera...

Ah so they did. But still, whos to say that if the device she is using is an iTouch that it could have facetime. She could also be using any other form of tablet like a Kindle Fire, or Samsung Galaxy.

Make of this what you will, but it's one more pretty convincing piece of evidence (i.e. facts, which we need to stick to now).

The call I received from a real phone number today, before I got the second call from a private number that left the voicemail?

It matches the number that alarmingrick just PM'ed me that he had as Matthew Bonder's contact phone number from when he was dealing with him.


I.e., Susan called me today- from Matthew Bonder's phone number.

That's a fact.


Please, don't blow up this thread, guys... but I can take a picture of my phone as proof, not that I can post it as it's someone's personal number. But for me, that's the hard proof I was hoping for... so the calls of persecuting a poor woman can be pretty much put to rest.

That said, we can still drop that line of discussion. But I've now received the proof needed- her phone call was from Matt's number. That's pretty darn incriminating... I don't know what else to say.
