I recently bought the whfb chaos marauder set just because I needed a single part. However I came up with an idea to use the entire set as Khorne berserkers. The idea is this.

A group of Khorne berserkers became so enthralled with the khornate ideals they decided that armour was un necessary, forgoing the benefits of power armour they threw themselves into battle wearing simple plate armour, this action met with the approval af the mighty blood god. Who chose these warriors as his favoured sons.

The rules would be as follows.

Normal rules for Khorne berserkers except.
3+ power armour save replaced by 5+ invonerarable save, in close combat or close range shooting ( under 12")
4+ invonerable save for long range shooting, (khornes hatred of the coward).
Points cost equal to csm berserkers
No pistols
Two dedicated cc weapons Per model

Do these rules seem fair and would anyone object to playing against these rules in a friendly game?

When I saw the title I thought this was going to be insane berserkers who come flying out of the units when they get close to the enemy. Kinda like the Goblin Fanatics in Fantasy.

I think adding Hammer of Wrath to their profile would be a nice addition, as how they are currently is a bit of a nerf given the emphasis on torrent fire in the game currently.
