I have an unpainted CSM army. I was originally going to have an army of Black Legion.
I've changed my mind, mainly because I found colour scheme a bit too dull.

My question is this: Could I have a half World Eaters and half Death Guard army that still remains fluffy?

It isn't that fluffy (out of a black crusade) but anything is possible in the realm of chaos. Have you considered doing red corsairs? Chaos pirates give you a little more freedom.

I did consider going Red Corsairs, do you think I could have a Red Corsairs army supported by death guard plague marines and a nurgle Heldrake?

Nurgle and Khorne don't hate each other, so you can fluffily put both in one army. If you painted them up as Death Guard and World Eaters, it might not make a ton of sense from a fluff standpoint (after all, who would lead them? Each legion's respective champion would fight to the death for leadership before the match even started ) it would be fine on a tabletop standpoint and look pretty cool. I know a few people who have separate World Eaters and Death Guard armies that are based the same so they can run them together if they really want.

My army is part Word Bearers, Death Guard and part Corsairs. Anything goes in Chaos!

Can I have a Daemon Prince leading the Red Corsairs?
Whilst Huron's fluff is great, I've never really liked the model or his stats.

Of course! Otherwise, you'd see army lists where Abaddon was always the HQ for Black Legion armies, Kharn for World Eaters, and so on.

In fact, there is a known Black Legion Daemon Prince called Dhar-leth.

I think he was asking because the Red Corsairs are a bit less Chaos tainted than the other factions. but sure, Corsairs can have a Daemon Prince, maybe he was the one who brought the Chapter to Chaos and received Daemonhood. probably the Master Chaplain.

Considering Huron himself has half his face blasted off and only living through the forces of chaos (seriously look at his face it looks painful), I could easily see them being chaos. If memory serves me, Red Corsairs are a sort of.... magpie? They pretty much swallow up renegade marines and eagerly bolster their forces. I can certainly see Huron gladly accept a Daemon Prince into their folds. Whilst Red Corsairs aren't as blatantly tainted by chaos as armies such as the four cults, they still would likely be willing to employ the forces of chaos for their side.

Yeah they can be marines dedicated to nurgle without being death guard anyway to clean up your fluff a bit. I am sure the chaos gods would be interested in loaning a demon prince to Huron, to further their own goals.

If I remember from the 3.5 codex....

Khorne and Nurgle could be used in the same army.

Tzeentch and Slaanesh could be used in the same army.

remember that Plague Marines dont need to be Death Guard and Bezerkers dont need to be World Eaters

Or that space marine pirates don't have to be Red Corsairs.

or he could be a DP from one of the original legions who corrupted a chapter and turned them renegade.

DPs are all powerful(not just in combat) and with eternity they search for new and interesting things to do. Perhaps corrupting a chapter was in the cards/made their god happy.

chaos is full of loners, particuarly those that get close to or achive daemonhood.

Imagine that some super powerful, yet tricky chaos space marine(from a legion) was a master spy, sabatoer, and subverter. He discuised himself and joins up with a loyalist chapter and slowly posions their minds, subverts their authority and ultimately leads them all down the path of damnation as new chaos followers. As reward, a chaos god grants him daemonhood.
