So I sent out around 600+ dollars worth of models to get them painted. In return Kyle was to keep a selection of the models for himself. The arrangements were made in December 2012 ... yes that long ago. He started posting pictures of his progress and then he asked for a small sum of money to get a few FW bits. I complied and it seemed things were going well. When the time came to ship nothing happened. I called him. He responded that he had moved ... apparantly it is true as I googled him ... his compiuter was down but that he was shipping and still had my address. I then got this

On 2013/07/12 I received this message ...

hey give me a call please..your wolves showed up on my door step again and I changed phones and lost your number.

I have since called on many occasions and he has not answered a single call ...

So what are my options now? This is quite upsetting as you can imagine.

I would inform the other person of a pending Police report. Inform him that you are willing to take such action unless he can provide you with what was aggred on back in 2012 ASAP. I would start printing out your conversations such as text emails and anything else that can link him to this trans action. He he fails to comply contact your local PD inform let them know whats going on and that there has been a transaction of money between both parties. The found you sent was that through Paypal? Any ways get all your eggs in one basket and call you local PD. Im trying to type super fast as im in a meeting sorry about errors,.

I am in contact with Felixcat. I don't have readily accessible internet and my phone isn't working properly. I've requested several things of him and offer to pay full compensation regardless if his package reaches him or not. I would like to resolve this without an Police involvement an to the best of my abilities.

Sounds like it is just a shipping mistake. No need to take drastic measures. Seems to display confidence in getting you the models OP. I hope this ends well.

I had a deal with Brice that didn't work out due to shipping issues. He was quick and professional in resolving it.

Hopefully this can be taken care of as smoothly.

If the models arrive I will have no problem with Bryce and will not ask any compensation. If they don't well ... we will see. I'm hoping he will just get it together now.

Brice has corrected everything with me. In fact his work is good enough that I'm shipping him more models. He had got it together now. He has restored my faith in doing transactions here.
