I buy my hobby supplies from a little online Australian retailer called War and Peace Games and a couple of days ago I ordered an Army Painter starter kit with black spray paint and when i opened my package today I found the following letter inside.
Not only had they upgraded it to a Mega Paint set but also gave me the black spray paint for free too!

You sound like one happy customer. Smart move from the owners. I'm sure you know where you will be going for all of your future gaming needs.

Damn son, that's quality customer service. I'm not in Australia so I don't have much reason to give them my business, but that's advertising money can't buy.

Wow that is a perfect way to get a life customer. If the guy I got my 40k from wasn't as good as he was, I would shift to War ad Peace.

I dare say that that was very nicely done, and they seem to have understand the basis of customer service.
