Hi guys,
I have a mini blog going under the blog section.
I posted in it about 7(?) hours ago but when I reposted it automerged (is that the right phrase?).
Its not a big deal really but the blog itself is kind of a back and forth between me and this character I have created.
Is there a way of having the automerge disabled or timed off?

Should be 24h. It can't really be circumvented but apparently if you post an image it doesn't auto-append. I haven't tried it myself, if you do and it works just don't abuse it.

Where you post, then come back some time later and post again without anyone else posting between. Your two posts are then merged into one, with the second post being appended onto the end of your first as an edit or "auto-append". Automatically Appended Next Post: Like this (hopefully).

Attachments disable auto-append if you really have to bump things (blogs being the only really valid use for that).
