Ahoy me hearties!

After a long (12year) absense from the world of Warhammer & 40k I have returned to dip my toe in the primordial goo and mixing pot that is the 40K Universe.
It has been the HH Books from the Black Library that have really ignited the fire back into the WH world and the style of the new ForgeWorld models in particular the DKOK.
Having found this site about 6 months ago, i am amazed at the quality and substance of a lof of the posts, the design and inspireational way that a lot of the members go about their models and armies.

It is my intention that, instead of building a whole army in service to the glorious emperor, I will try and peice together a few peices that i really want to collect. Also, after viewing posts from the scratchbuilding section, I want to give it a modest try and see what i can come up with.

Anyway, Before i waffle on to long and the Commisar notices my tardiness,I must sign off for now,

I have added some images of my first project, i aim to scratchbuild a Kreig Macharius Tank!!

I know i know.... nothing like a little challenge to begin with..

Got some WIP pics of my initial 3d model i am putting together to help me form a base plan for all of the parts...... please have a brouse......

I have been having a brouse around the amazing works on here and actually been taken aback by the sheer mass of it! Amazing stuff!

Mirumoto I have been having exactly the same thoughts about my wife.... trying to convince her that a Minotaur, Crassus & a couple of DkoK grenadiers are a good idea!

I have been also putting some more details together for my Macharius "scratchbuild" 3d model accross in the P&M Forum.

Starting t ocome together as i was hoping! ....... now the real test will begin.... to actually make it!
