Definately find a way to get Shuriken Cannons on your Eldar Jetbikes, the Extra 12" range makes a huge difference to how they can participate in the game. Also consider dropping them down to just 3 man squads to reserve and take late game objectives.
I cannot understand your second commander? what is he there for? would it not be better to drop 60 points on a cadre Fireblade to fire your Quad-Gun?
That saves points to add the Shuriken Cannons.
Also you only have 1 source of Marker lights, presenting an easy target for an enemy. I hate to say it but I would drop a Riptide and maybe a Broadside for some more pathfinders and a few squads of sniper kroot with Hounds for objective holding. Then I would take the riptide who is not with the commander and give him the Ion Accelerator, as the look on the face of Deathwing Army's is priceless  . I would split up your 2 Remaining Broadsides into 2 Separate units so that they can deal more effectively with multiple targets.

Might want to get a Multi Spectrum Suite in there...Plus giving Broadsides just plain Skyfire might be nice for reliable AA and with a Tau Commander tanking with Iridium Armor and maybe some Shield Drones, why not? Put Vectored Retro-Thrusters on the guy too for Hit & Run and put Farseer in that unit to use his I value for the H & R check is a nice bonus.
FYI, battle suits can only fire one weapon on Interceptor since Multi-Tracker only works in your shooting phase, Riptides can shoot 2 though since they are MCs. Therefore, your 2nd Commander is kind of redundant and a point sink IMO.
Other than that, maybe at least ONE Ion Accelerator on the Riptides to have a S8 AP2 pie plate to put down on any terminators that DS near you...
I also think 1x3 Eldar Jetbikes should be good enough, 2x3 if you want more scoring.

Also ICs joining riptides without drones is still a contentious issue. I'd check with your TO or FLGS manager before trying that.

Also interceptor allows you to fire as many weapons as you want as long as those weapons have interceptor. Indeed a commander with EWO and 3 MPs can fire all in a single turn as interceptor as interceptor is done weapon by weapon not model by model.
As for the list why HBCs? It is a poor weapon unless you have the Earthcast pilot and are using it for AA. Get Ion on those Riptides.
I'm really not seeing what the 2nd commander is doing for you? Wasted points at the moment as are the Bonding knives on the broadsides who really should have Missile Drones.
Your Pathfinders are not a reliable source of MLs as one Ld7 unit they will be dead/fled by turn 2 basically every game.
As suggested Cannons on the Jetbikes will enable them to take more of a part in the game.

The fact that a considerable number of people disagree with it, and have rules basis, makes it contentious. I'm not saying which side is right, I'm just warning them to check with the organisers. For the record, I wouldn't allow a prime to join a solo carnifex.

Without turning this into a rules debate, the rules are pretty clear especially on the case about the carnifex, if you can take more than one model its good to go. Rules as written anyway - intended... well thats another FAQ waiting to happen.
On topic:
I like the list, 3 riptides is to my liking
I don't really get the second commander either (unless he is just sitting on the quad gun - in which case I recon its too many points), I would rather spend my points on something useful really. Also not sure about the ADL, maybe its my personal preference, but whats its point? Your army is pretty mobile bar the firewarriors and pathfinders, but you could remove the wall and just use terrain.
If the ADL is for the quad gun only - you already have missilesides, commander, and 3 riptides - do you need more? I guess it depends on your meta but my opinion is its a bit overkill, especially if your buying a commander to sit on it.
I might consider taking iridium armor on the commander and use him to protect that squad that you wanted the ADL for. Hell maybe even a multispectrum or command and control node and he can be a help rather than just firing that gun.
But yeah really go check out that farsight supplement looks like this list could really use it - bar of course the sig systems, but you can get round that im sure
