I think you guys produce some of the nicest miniature models around therefore I will definitely be keeping a close eye on this project ... having said that I've heard some real horror stories with regards to Indiegogo so I'm kinda on the fence! xD

Either way I wish you guys all the best, buena suerte!

As usual a great package on all fronts... Constantly delivering the goods for how long now? 2 years?

Superb sculpts, amazing paint jobs and now incredible artwork!
This is the kind of mini companies that need to be supported by the community.

Next year at salute I hope to see you guys there again and I will bring some extra gold coins

That's for sure. And next year we'll have to get at least a game table ;]

Well, here you are a pair of greens:

Love that musketeer-esque model. That had be clicking over to the campaign before I remembered that I am strapped...oh well fingers crossed I scrape some together!

I wish I had time for all the game systems I own, let alone want to own...

Very nice looking stuff. I'll probably jump in on this if it funds, but I'm leery of joining Flexible Funding campaigns unless I'm certain they'll fund.

Amazing stuff...

This one may even get me to use Indie No-Go, and that's saying something!

Beautiful models! I'm also hesitant about using IndieGoGo, though :-/

Not to derail this but what is the issue with indie gogo?

It seems to be even less regulated, if possible, than kickstarter. So, you want to be even more careful about who you choose to back on it.

This company looks to have all their ducks in a row, so as Alpharius said I would consider making an exception for them. But for myself and many people, it's a funding platform to be avoided except in special worthwhile cases (like this one, perhaps).

Yeah, I think this one will be OK but, as for Indie Gogo...

1) They take the money right away. If you change your mind and want to add more? No problem. If you change your money and want to subtract funds, or cancel your pledge? It is way more of a process than on Kickstarter.

2) "Flexible Funding" - whatever money is collected, they get. So, if they don't make their goal, they still get whatever was pledged, minus...something that goes to Indie Gogo. Maybe a higher percentage than if they fund? Anyway, yeah, Flexible Funding - seems to be a potential source of problems... Big problems!

But again, I think this campaign will do just fine - and I'm on the verge of plunging in!

Ah well this is probably the biggest problem then, but since it has 50 odd days to go I'm sure I can get in

Not too much of a problem for me probably, because by the time I get the funds together to get in on it, it'll probably be funded!

So thanks Alph and RiTides for explaining that to me.

Flexible funding is also a possibility in Kickstarter. I think that in both platforms the company gets a larger percentage if that option is chosen.

Anyway, I pledged for the 1650 rulebook in the previous campaign and I'm very happy with it. I think I'll pledge for the new one as soon as I can.

As far as I was aware, there is no "flexible funding" option on kickstarter. Of course, creators sometimes just put unrealistically low funding goals... but flexible funding is IGG-only afaik.

Sorry for taking this off-topic a bit with that whole thing, let's get back to talking about this excellent company / campaign

True, I thought some of the campaigns I had supported there were flexible funding, but nope, they weren't.

Yeah, there is NO "Flexible Funding" option on Kickstarter.

But it isn't like that helps with the whole "Late" thing though!

Mmm... I didn't know Idiegogo was seen that way out of Spain. I thoguht all crowdfunding pages were, more or less, the same ( although Kickstarter gets the bigger funds, that's true ).

Well, here you are the Armed Wagon chassis, in progress ( it will be used for all models of Armed Wagons, simplt adding some pieces )

And Confidente ( "Informer" ), that will be the gift for perks C, D, E and F if the crowdfunding gets to 6000 €.

For now, I'm really sure the campaign will be a sucess. The question is: How much? XD

:O Super! As per usual.

I've a quick question about your campaign pledges, are they set in stone or is there some room for manoeuvre?

Cheers!

Thanks!

People is asking if they can change some of the material in their pledges, and we haven't got any problem with that. If you are going to play alone, and, for example, you don't need 2 pairs of Panoply Card, we can talk about changing them for anything else.

The game is amazing. Figures are top notch and absolutly no issues with bubbles, miscasts, or flaws on the figures and scenery.

Can't wait to see the additional gear and factions for this one.

Good luck on the funding.

At Games Workshop, we believe that how you behave does matter. We believe this so strongly that we have written it down in the Games Workshop Book. There is a section in the book where we talk about the values we expect all staff to demonstrate in their working lives. These values are Lawyers, Guns and Money.
