Can a flyer do this on the same turn it arrives from reserves? I have found nothing in the flyer rules or reserve rules to disallow it, but I may have just missed something and I could have sworn I had heard of a restriction before.

S can somebody confirm or deny my assumption, and please point me to where I can find such a clarification?
