Hey there everyone, (I really hope this is in the right place)

I was looking through (and drooling over) both these sites and am torn between the idea of either

1) Getting some steam lords for a pre-heresy World Eaters

OR

2) Snagging some barbarian armours from puppetswar and making some post-heresy World Eaters

So what I'm looking for is any images people have of any of these models painted/ in the building stages.
Or even a comparison photo of the two would be brilliant.

So any help you can give me here would be fantastic.

I too am interested in this, I would like to know how well the parts from each company goes together.

I would love some of the Puppet Wars armour for skitarii and use the Anvil Industires bionics.

Sorry for the thread hi-jack, seems we have similar tastes

I don't have any pictures of any of their stuff, although I can see what I have later. But I can tell you that you may want to wait until Puppetswar fixes their production problems. On their website their stuff looks amazing, but when you receive it there are lots of problems. More problems than I've ever seen in a mini company. Air bubbles that ruin bits, so much flash (and huge blobs of flash) that it ruins pieces. I bought one of their big momma guns a long time ago and haven't even touched it because of all the problems. Their shoulder pads and swords also had more problems than they were worth. If you go to their news section you'll find a lot of complaints and stories about people having to receive replacements two or three times. On the other hand, I've had only good products from Anvil, with no or minimal flash and great sturdy products. Sorry if this isn't helping, but I though't I'd try.

Again, no pics, but I can certainly vouch for Anvil. The Steam Lords are great for Pre-heresy marines, and the casts are incredibly crisp and sturdy, entirely free from defects. The price is great too for such a high-quality product. I have no experience with Puppetswar, but looking at the models, I feel the Anvil ones fit better with the existing SM range. Hope that helps.

I bought a bunch of stuff from Anvil that I've been using to convert some Mentor Legion guys (based on the old fluff about them having all the high-tech gear to test). VERY impressed by the quality, the price, and how quickly they shipped it to me.

This Marine has an Anvil head, one of the multi-part combi-bolters (comes with a number of different options to swap out), their magazines, and their magnet kit for the comb-weapon.
