The new greatest Apocalypse troll army ever: 48 bare Chaos Sorcerers and a Mastery 3 Sorcerer in a Thousand Sons Warcoven formation, 2,990pts. If you can wrangle first turn, there's no cap on how many Sorcerers you can sacrifice to generate Vortex templates in that turn, which means everything within 48" is dead and there are a staggering number of Vortex templates floating around the board killing everything else. Impractical, but really, really funny.

Another great thing to do is to abuse the "Precise Coordinates"-asset.
Last game I Deep Striked 3000 out of 8000 points in the first turn, it was devastating and hilarious.
They didn't know what hit them.

I can only imagine this . Reserving the place at a local store for a 8+hour 3 table minimum battle , everyone sets up for around 2-3 hours, there are people coming from all parts of town and then you do this . Life long ban to any invitational events happen next.

Not quite as silly as this but it sure caused all kinds of problems for the Marines/Guard opposite us.

2 Tau, 1 Orc, 1 Eldar/Dark Eldar vs GK, Black Templar and 2 Guard. Xenos bid 13 units to set up, Imperials bid 33, Xenos go first. Imperials fail to seize initiative. First turn was a bit lack luster but some turn 1 deepstriking no scatter riptides took out their artillary and got some weapon destroyed/immobalizes on some of their transports with the hammerheads. Imperials turn rolls around and they take their move, at the start of their shooting phase we hand the opposing grand warlord the Strat Card that says they have to deal with Nightfighting for their shooting phase.

Turn two rolls around, we move and shot.. then after everyone else has fired the Eldar/Dark Eldar guy whips out the IA book and flips to the warlord in there and says "This guy calls down the darkness.. again". The Imperials were so very pleased to have a second turn of Night Fighting.

I really want to see this. Please proxy it and post a vid of the results!
