At the last tournament I went to with a Nurgle daemon army, I wanted to take a burning chariot of tzeentch so to make it fit my army I used a FW blight drone, pulling along a stand which had a converted Nurgle herald on, then put it on the right base. One of my opponents really wasnt happy about it since its meant to be tzeentch, this isn't encouraging since I wanted to make a mixed daemon army themed as Nurgle, e.g. giving a daemon prince of Nurgle the wings, whip and axe from the bloodthirster kit, as well as re-shaping the resin to make it a use as bloodthirster. Anyway, before I go too fa with this idea I'd just like to know what people on here would be alright with the idea and if they wouldn't I'd like to know why.

Oh, and I did make it clear to my opponent at the start of the game exactly what was what in my army.

However there are the odd statement in the Codexs that state there are many character's etc who have simialr abilities to say Lysander. Therefore you can use Lysander painted up in your own chapter colours as long at the model is WYSIWYG.
If you can find such a passage then print it out & keep it with your army list.

I dont play tournie's but I cant see why it would make a difference? I mean if you had white blobs with labels on the correct size bases 'technically' you can still play the game. nothing would be missing from the info required to play.

As long as it looked like a charriot and you stated what it was then id be fine in any circumstances. I can imgaine if halfway through a game it busted out and was something else to what I thought id be a little miffed.
