Found here;

They are a UK based company and I am in the states. A little reluctant to send them my cash when there is so much space in between for stuff to go wrong Specifically if you live in the states I would love to here about your experience with them.
Thanks!!

Can't speak from a US perspective, but they're up there with the bigger players of online stores.
Of course, there is plenty of scope for stuff to go adrift in the mail, but I've never had any issues with stuff heading this way, and I can guarantee AW won't take your cash under false pretences, I've ordered a couple of times, never a moments issue.

I got a few of there super cool sci fi vehicles I intend to use for tomorrows war games.
Stuff arrived intact but packaging took a real beating I recall. They are a pretty established web store I think and the product is quality.

I have ordered stuff from them (and other EU companies) several times. No problems at all, and very cool products.
As far as "so much stuff between" -
* just make sure your credit card company won't deny a foreign purchase in case you have fraud detection turned on (very annoying when I order forgeworld stuff).
* post is the post - they give it to a guy who puts it on a truck/plane and a guy takes it off and brings it to your house.
Don't know what you are going to get, but they have nice quality casts, and I have never had any issues with them.
best of luck!

I've used them quite a bit, but from within the UK - totally reliable, well packed and quick to arrive - I can't speak to the international transport side of things though - but do make sure you are aware of/ prepared for import taxes though - not sure how it works in the USA, but it's always a nast y hit in the UK when buying from the USA.

Yeah, I use them a lot (UK based though). Quick, efficient dispatch, quality products. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I've only ordered from them a couple times over the years but it was always a positive experience. In Canada here and the shipping was reasonable and the quality of the material was excellent.
