Close combat units don't go in rhinos. Not only can they not launch an assault in a turn in which they started in a rhino, but they can't assault on a turn where last turn your opponent wrecked their rhino. It's absurd, but it's true - don't bother with transports with assault lists (unless you have land raiders, which you can't afford right now.
For the rest of the list, the MoK CSM with no upgrades doesn't make much sense. If you dropped the rhino, you'd have points left over to upgrade those 9 CSM into 9 berzerkers, who will do exactly what that squad does, but will do it better. In order to pull that off, you would need to give the chaos lord MoK, but you should probably do that anyways, as then you'd gain access to the axe of blind fury.
With a tiny bit of re-writing, your khorne-themed foot list could be...
Lord - MoK, Sigil, Axe of Blind Fury
8x berzerkers, IoW, champ with power axe
10x CSM, 2x plasma guns
... which gets that IoW in there, and gives you access to army-wide fearless, and gives you berzerkers, which are better than no-bolter MoK CSM. And the axe of blind fury is WAY better than the murder sword. I guess it's closer because we're talking about low-point games here, but still, you're pretty much proofed now if your opponent brings terminators or a monstrous creature, which is possible even at this points level.
