Word Bearers have an extensive use of daemon engines and they have a favourable relationship with the dark mechnicus.

I am currently looking to make one for my army. That I will use as a warpsmith.

I am looking at the warpsmith kit. The tentacles should come in handy.

And the DA veteran robe. Any alternative that doesn't have a SM helmet under the robe? Or even a human head with a bionic eye would work.

Thinking to get the servitor arm from the SM techmarine too.

Any suggestion? Or anyone who has experience in making a similar model?

Thanks guys. (:

The Dark Angels vet kit does include a helmet-less head with the aesthetic you're looking for. As far as the other parts go, it might get a little cluttered if you're going to attach the Mechatendrils and also the Servo Arm. It might be wise to consider choosing one or the other. Also consider the legs from the Necron model Illuminatoor Szeras.

If you have the money forgeworld has released a magos model that would work well for dark mechanicus: http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/New_Stuff/MAGOS_DOMINUS_WITH_RAD_CLEANSER.html

Head:
There is a half bionic head in the space marine tactical squad box.
Also GK terminator have a techy looking head in the box (used in the picture below)
Puppetswar also has some rather cool looking heads

Also making a hood out of Greenstuff is an option. There is a part in this tutorial how to create cloaks and hoods in GS: http://www.bolterandchainsword.com/topic/68547-modelling-green-stuff-templar-style-robe/

Servo Harness:
Necron legs work decently for servo arms This model for example used them.

What also works for more tentacle like servo arms is using a sturdy wire. Just bent it in position and add chunks of a plastic rod with a hole onto it. A plastic lollypop-stick works for that.
