OK, my friend asked me for help with his army lists since I have Necrons. I don't know much anything about playing Necrons in 6th; and I'm pretty rubbish with tactics anyway, so any feedback would be handy. The first list is geared more towards anti armor, the second is not.

Does your friend have more models available?

In both lists, it would be better to swap Oby for a Destroyer Lord to accompany the wraiths (with weave!).

Orbs for 10 warriors are a waste of points, much more effective to just buy the extra bodies.

For the scythe, as anything inside it can't do anything until T2 earliest, I'd be inclined to keep the unit inside to 5 warriors, perhaps with a Stormtek. In particular, putting Immortals in it seems a huge waste.

I assume that your friend built gauss immortals. That's a shame, because Tesla works much better with the Stalker (who I think should have the HGC for the additional range and TL). If they are walking, Immortals should always have Tesla.
