Yes, I know there are about a jillion Ork threads, a lot of them better then this, but this kitbash was a project I've wanted to do for a while (the IG Chimera was one of the first things I bought), so I'm excited to be making progress on it. I've been in this hobby only two years or so, and I initially was worried I would hate the modeling/painting aspect but not I've found that I really enjoy it (even though I still have a long way to go!)

Nice work. My only criticism would be to trim down the bit of the back plate where it joins your modified driver compartment. It looks a bit funny with the edges of the thing proud of the cab.
