Simple question: In your opinion which operates better at point levels between 1500 to 2000.

The Draigos have multiple W and their force weapon.

The Deathwing got TH/SS, which mitigates one of the few weaknesses Termies have.

Draigos get Psycannons, which can chew they way through most vehicles.

Deathwing get's Plasma, and AP2 is pretty important in this edition.

The Deathwing get's guaranteed deepstrike on turn 1 or 2.

And yes, I'm aware that neither is a highly competitive choice.

Draigowing costs less money there for it is better.

Deathwing can be pretty cheap if you buy up the Dark Vengeance sets.

It depend on how you look at things. Technically deathwing includes landraiders, dreadnoughts and knights.

But I'd say never go deathwing over draigowing ever.
Draigowing just has so much more going for it.

A better question is cake or death?

I thought the cake was a lie. If it is still an option, I'll have cake please.

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Its badly slanted in favour of the deathwing. Draigowing is good, but it just cannot compete with the greater presence of fists and stormshields.
That said, draigowing is stronger against pretty much everything else.

I collect:
Guard - 2k of mostly infantry
DA - 2k of deathwing, 2k of other bits (no vehicles)
Sisters - mostly converted/proxy because I'm waiting for therange to go plastic.
Tau - 2k with no riptides because I can.

Can we throw in Grimnarwing and either Dantewing or "Screw you I have nothing but death company and power weapons" armies for the manliest 4-way ever?

Logan would take it easily.

Dante and Belial lack EW and are slow, whilst draigo misses AP 2.

Well, I'd make a poll. However, I'd opt for GK with support from Psyfleman Dreads and Dreadknights.
