So that's done, have I finished with painting them. They are not perfect (there are always rooms for improvement), but I am looking for tabletop standard, and I am glad with the results

While I'm willing to take your word that they aren't perfect, I certainly can't see any evidence to support that conclusion.

To fleetwolf :

This is a tuto I wrote for a friend who asked me the same question :

- Primed black
- Ironbreaker (I use an airbrush, but 2 thin layer with a brush would do the same job)
- Nuln Oil wash

There the armor is done ! for the details :

- for the golden parts : Gehenna's gold, then Nuln Oil Wash and finally a light drybrushing with Golden Griffon
- for the purity seals : Khorne Red + Druchii Violet Wash for the seal, Ushabti Bone + Seraphim Sepia Wash for the "paper"
- storm bolter : Boltgun Metal + Khorne Red
- Runefang Steel for the "brighter" metallic parts, Brass Scorpion for the chains
- For the force weapons, I use a tutorial on Youtube and an airbrush. I think it is from "buypainted", it is a very popular one.

Since you're using an airbrush anyway, an easy way to make your metal armour even cooler would be a zenithal highlight with a lighter metallic colour (dunno what they're called nowadays, meant something like the old Chainmail paint) Nice work

Fantastic work. Love the detail. Just getting back into painting. Gives me some ideas to make my Grey Knights better.

They look like a reasonable tabletop standard, nice job. I'd suggest a bit more work on the bases as an easy way to make them better--perhaps highlight the texture, consider some static grass or flock too? I also have a preference for black rims, but each to their own.

Yes, for the bases, I am waiting to finalize all my figs, and I will finish all of them in a single batch. For the zenital paint, I will test it on others figs before doing it on those ones
