Now I have not seen much of the new Eldar, but my friend, who plays Dark Angels, played them a few weeks ago and said it was all just pure cheese. He usually runs heavy terminators and a Land Raider, plus I think Beliel(plus more that I don't know). Not sure what the Eldar player was running, but I know he had one of the Wraithknights. Here is what I am bringing to the table:

HQ:
Chaos Lord on Bike

3x Terminators with 3 combi-plasma and 3x Power Axe

Fast Attack:
6x Bikes
- Mark of Nurgle
- 2x Meltagun
- VotLW
- Champ with Combi-Melta and Lightning Claw

Heavy:
5x Havocs with 4 Autocannon and VotLW
5x Havocs with 4 Lascannon and VotLW

Now I know it all depends on which scenario we get, but my last battle against IG with Tau allies, my opponent didn't even care about objectives. He tabled me turn 4. So is this a decent list to go up against new Eldar? I don't know if he had any flyers, so that could be a good thing.

When I played against the Eldar a few weeks ago, the game was a total bloodbath and we spent the entire game trading off units.

I would actually recommend bringing a Defiler to the battle simply because of his Battlecannon, which can eat entire squads of Jetbikes on it's own.

Also if he does have a Wraithknight, you don't really have much to deal with him. I'd recommend bring more PM to the battle(I brought the same as you and I was troopless by turn 2.) Or even a Daemon Prince with the Black Mace because it wounds on 2+ and ignores his armour save.

I did bring my Defiler last time, but didn't do so hot. I love the model itself and would bring it all the time, but points wise for AV12. I may try to bring 2 and see how that goes once my other Defiler is assembled and painted

It may be AV12, but it has 4HP points, a 5++ and there is the chance that it will regain wounds due to It will not die. It was able to stop the advance of a raging Avatar and very slowly eat the thing to death.

Hmmm, so then possibly drop my LC Havocs, the ectoplasma cannon on the forgefiend, and 3 cultists to add in the Defiler?

I'd think about taking a Winged Demon Prince instead of a Chaos Lord. You'll be more likely to get it into close combat and it will rip most Eldar a new one.

Also if it was my list I'd reduce the Plague Marine squads to 5 members, cause you will still be able to take 2 plasma guns. Those 2 additional bolters will most likely not do much in the game vs Eldar. Instead you could take 2 Rhinos, which will still allow you to shoot the 2 plasma guns out of the fire points. And if your enemy shoots at the unit the can will take a few shots which your Marines won't. Even if it goes boom the marines will most likely not get a wound.

You might want to take a Predator or two. AV13 at the front will mean that Scatter Lasers can not harm it. If he realized that Dark Reapers are pretty good in the new codex you have a problem though. 7 S8 shots can hurt even strong vehicles.
