Would there be a fluff reason for Khornate Havocs? I'm racking my brain for one, but nothing comes to me..

Khorne's fine with any form of bloodshed. His warriors just tend towards being choppy because many of them are too angry to think clearly enough to shoot heavy weapons.
Khorne is the god of Anger, Hate, War, and Blood.
You can be plenty angry, hateful, and spill much blood while warring with say an autocannon.

Khorne cares not from whence the blood flows.
Most Khorne worshippers however would still prefer it flowed from other people.
Some Khornate warbands are nothing but frothing lunatics, but some are still possessed of enough intelligence to understand the tactic of using long range fire to suppress enemy guns so the Berzerkers can make it into close combat. Also, if Khorne was THAT anti-gun he wouldn't let his berzerkers carry pistols.
For what its worth World Eater Devastators were known as the Teeth of Khorne in the illustrious Realms of Chaos: Slaves to Darkness.

It makes sense for them to use frag missiles - A torso full of frag makes people bleed, as a rule...

Look up the Teeth of Khorne. They were Khornate marines who favored autocannons and heavy bolters.
But in general, it's very important to remember that not all khorne worshipers are berserkers, or even melee specialists.

Khorne has daemonic chariots that are artillery pieces, too. He's generally not opposed to artillery, though he does see ranged attacks against unranged attackers as dishonorable (which is why some Khorne gifts protect against ranged attacks). ....Khorne's rules probably vary a bit depending on his mood. The Chaos gods are notoriously fickle.

The rules of Khorne go roughly like this:
1: As long as blood flows, it's all good.
2: Do not talk about fight club.
3: Ranged combat is fine, though dishonourable against opponents with no ranged weapons. Psykers are fair game.
4: Psykers are fair game.
5: If Psykers are responsible for blood flow, ignore rule 1 until they're dead.
Or something like that

Khorne doesn't mind if a skull is delivered to his throne via Autocannon or Chainaxe, as long as it gets to him. You have to bear in mind that Berserkers have been partially lobotomised to become exclusively close-combat nutters, while the rest of a Khornate warband will be a bit more strategically flexible.
However, everyone in the warband must shout "BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD!" at least twice per minute. This is obligatory, regardless of your role.

Actually, they can alternated between BLOOD FOR THE BLOOD GOD! and SKULLS FOR THE SKULL THRONE!
But yes, Khorne understands that you can't always cut the head off a person all the time. So long as you shoot them and then cut the head off later that is okay with Mr. Khorne.

Very true. Also, sentences without the words "Blood", "Skull", "Kill", "Maim" or "Burn" in them can only be used on Casual Friday.

You may want to steer clear of lascannons. I may be getting my weapons mixed up, but I think the fluff has them either instantly cauterising the gaping holes they cause, or just straight up vaporising the target - either way, not exactly useful for spilling as much blood as possible.
The explosive nature of heavy bolter rounds would seem to fit best.

I have the original Slave to Darkness book where World eaters got their first army list. It is very similar to today's idea of Khorne, except it's less PG, more 15+ though.
In it are included Havocs, still called Devastators at the time. They are described as seeing it as great to unleash death from far away and see all die before them. The work of killing from afar viewed as sacred because of the huge amount of death they can cause. What this means is they worship Khorne's aspect of death more than his aspect of combat.
Therefore I think you can easily include them.

You can also note that Khorne deamin engines usually carry big huge guns. Khorne love big guns, as they can break enemy walls, bunkers and METAL BAWKSES, where those cowards corpseworshipers usually hide instead of accepting challenges in the glorious close combat.
