Lesser Daemon of Chaos

So I am looking to build a small bodyguard unit for one of my Chaos Lords, this particular guy carries the burning brand, has jet pack, powersword, and MoT, he's one of the newer Emperoers Champions converted into a Chaos Lord with Large Unded Angel wings as a Jetpack, I bought a box of Sanguinary Guard and I am planning on converting them to be his bodyguard (keeping with the whole corrupted Angel Motif)

I just can't decide if I should run them as Warp Talons or Raptors, its a 5 man squad so I was thinking Warp Talons for the Inv (4++ with MoT) and Power armor shredding ability, but I hear bad things, so maybe Raptors?

Basically between a 5 man Talon or 5 man Raptor squad which is going to be the most useful for a Lord's bodyguard unit

From the few times I've taken a JP Chaos Lord I've found that the Burning Brand is nearly too good. If you kill too many in the shooting phase you either fail to get into combat or win combat in one round.
Then the Lord and Raptors die horribly in your opponent's shooting phase.

Raptors are probably the best bet. Just take them cheap with two special weapons, more than likely melta guns for the added versatility. But if you go with Raptors don't take the MoT, 6++ is rarely worth that cost.

By the 37 keys of Tzeentch,We open the way for our brothers,
By the 1000 whispers of Slaanesh we call to them,
By the 12 plagues of Nurgle we fell their enemies,
And by the mighty axe of Khorne we cut open the world for them!
