for the psychers I would aim to roll for slaanesh and get symphony of pain, If both my sorcs have it I can throw two of those on a unit buffing my NM's sonic blaster shots to strength 6 or blast master at str 10, and if i'm shooting at the same unit the next turn i can do the malediction again making the sonic blasters shots at strength 8. Besides that power I would look to rolling on Biomancy and getting any combination of endurance, enfeeble, haemorrhage (very good if paired with enfeeble). Thoughts?

with those 8 points give the 4 man noise marine squads cc wepons its 1pt an model for them so thats probably the most effective use for those points

I was wondering what I could do with that 8 points... and I would like to use more people. If only they made noise marines into troop choices without having to have a specific HQ I would get rid of my Lord and have another squad. Although, I do get 48 shots off with my noise marines and 3 blasts so they do have some fire power (considering they are within 24"). Thanks for the feedback for those spare points!
