I'm no 'expert' but to be honest I think your list isn't legal - I see 1HQ, 4
HS & 6 ELITE? If you're doubling up on the
FOC you need another
HQ...right?
Also I'd say the list isn't optimised to take advantage of the Chapter's Traits, there's not enough Troops at 3,000pts to secure victory on objective based games (unless you don't take the game seriously enough - which is fine) but I'd say it's not a very 'Imperial Fist' theme list from a background POV, which I find helps army selection no end. I see Imperial Fists as having heavy gun lines with some more attacking elements.
For me there's not enough balance between the elements (he says all sage like) - I'd have at least 4 Troops choices (3 Tactical & 1 Scout with/Land Speeder Storm), you could even throw a Sniper Scout Squad into the mix. I'd add either some Devastators or 6 Devastator Centurions w/Lascannons & Missile Launchers with a Defence Line or some other Fortification as well.
TBH I don't know how effective the Vanguard Squads will be for their points total - 8
PW's in each is a heck of a lot and may not mean much unless you play against lots of
MEQ Infantry armies. I'd rather a Squad of
TH/
SS Terminators led by Lysander for roughly the same points.
If you're going Stormraven's then I see no need for the locator beacons on the Drop Pods. This said I like Ironclads
If in doubt proxy and see how it plays.
