At work, having this discussion. Can infiltrating squads that have the Scout rule Infiltrate and then conduct a Scout move?

Help appreciated, may just avoid some fisticuffs/shenanigans....

Yes.

Well, they can't have a Scout move, as it's a redeployment. But a unit with both special rules can use both during deployment.

Page 5 of the rulebook FAQ confirms that you can indeed make a Scout redeployment after deploying as an Infltrator.
