If you want to be very competitive, I wouldn't recommend Deathwing! However, if those are the guys you want to run, lets have a look.
1) Deathwing Command - nice but bloody expensive at 1500. Two troops is not going to win you games. Consider downgrading to a troops squad. Banners with the Terminators is dead risky, and very expensive.
2) Knights - again, pricey but really awesome. Maybe keep to the basic five. They're a good distraction from your scoring units. Shoot these bad boys, ignore the scorers or vice versa. Personally I'd drop the knights for a fourth terminator squad. Fearless scoring terminators are the strong point of Deathwing. Adding stuff to that is likely to weaken the overall army.
3) What about:

10 Deathwing Terminators, 2 Assault Cannons, 4 TH&SS, 2 Chainfists - 510
10 Deathwing Terminators, 2 Cyclone Missile Launchers, 4 TH&SS - 510
(normally split down into a close combat squads and dual heavy weapon squad but can stay joined in kill points).
3 Ravenwing Bikes, 2 Flamers - 90

If you're going first, you scout up 12", deathwing drop everything turn 1.
If you're going second, use the scout move to get behind los blocking. Then flat out boost to closer los blocking and dump the terminator turn 2. Slightly alteration of dumping Belial with a 10 man unit turn 1 (probably the assault cannon unit) then bringing two missile units to take objectives.
